The Supervisory Officer's Qualification Program is designed by supervisory officers for supervisory
officer's and delivered by OPC in partnership with OPSOA.
OPC and OPSOA have developed a vision for a Supervisory Officer's Qualification Program that
prepares candidates for the province-wide context, while at the same time acknowledging the
importance of meeting the unique needs of candidates from individual systems. The program will
prepare candidates for administrative leadership roles as supervisory officials in all types of school
systems: large, small, rural, urban, isolate, English, Catholic and for other senior leadership roles in
the Ontario educational system.
