OPC is a professional association of principals and vice-principals dedicated to exemplary leadership in public education for the students of Ontario.

Purpose
The purpose of the Ontario Principals' Council is to:

• represent its membership
• promote the professional interests of its members
• support and protect its members
• advocate on behalf of public education
• provide professional growth opportunities for principals and vice-principals

Ethics
The members of the Ontario Principals’ Council operate within the ethical standards of the Ontario College of Teachers.
