APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Program must focus on removing barriers to learning by improving literacy and numeracy. 

Applications must include:

1. A complete description of the program including:
 - Identified need or issue to be addressed
 - Overall goal of your project
 - Specific purpose of the funds
 - Intended impact of the program

2. The involvement of partners in developing the proposal e.g. business community, school councils, school boards, community agencies

3. A detailed budget for the project

4. A plan to implement the project with timelines

5. Recognition opportunities for the OPC Learning Foundation

6. Plans for sustainability (if applicable)

7. Principal's signature and a statement of support and need for the program

8. An evaluation plan indicating how the project success will be determined/measured


DEADLINES FOR SUBMISSION:

MAY 31 for programs to be implemented in September
OCTOBER 31 for programs to be implemented in January
